Pay: $21 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Essential Functions: * Ensure department cleanliness and efficiency by collaborating with the Assistant Department Lead or Team Leaders to maintain accuracy within the department. * Retrieve and distribute orders within the department, address any concerns regarding assigned orders, and assist with order picking and restocking as needed. * Verify orders and prepare them for shipment by stacking products appropriately on pallets, applying shrink wrap, corner protectors, labels, and banding as required. Process orders in the HDC system. * Communicate effectively with customers and freight carriers arriving to collect orders. * Maintain a clean workspace by removing trash from pick locations (e.g., plastic, empty boxes), disposing of debris in the appropriate receptacles, sweeping aisles, taping boxes, and performing other similar tasks as necessary within the department.
