AmeriCorps VISTA members are Volunteers in Service to America who perform indirect service to build capacity and sustainable solutions. What will you do? The Beloved Community Volunteer Engagement (BCVE) VISTA member will innovate to boost diverse volunteer and community partner involvement in Habitat's mission. Tasks may involve: * Streamlining grant-related data collection across affiliates, exploring platforms like Microsoft Forms or Salesforce for efficiency. * Analyzing existing data to enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in volunteer engagement, fundraising, and resource allocation. * Crafting resources for affiliates in the BCVE initiative, including tailored volunteer and community engagement plans and expanding grant programs based on affiliate feedback. This position will focus on volunteer services aspects of Habitat affiliate operations. Capacity building regarding the Beloved Community Volunteer Engagement Grant report, including how to use data, translation of learnings into programmatic guidance and template building.
