This person will develop social media initiatives and content to promote the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand while working collaboratively with the in-house content and design team in addition to the franchise marketing team in a supportive role. What you will do: * Collaborate with content marketing lead and in-house content and design team on developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategy for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK/INTERNATIONAL, LLC., integrating marketing, franchise development, and recruiting initiatives; analyze platform performance reports/analytics and tweak content as needed * Maintain daily management of all corporate social media channels with consistent, quality posts for all strategic content themes and respond to all social messages, reviews, and comments in a timely manner * Coordinate influencer-related partnerships, ensure post quality and re-posts, as needed * Utilize technology to increase TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand awareness on social media and track social media results, adjusting strategy as needed to maximize results * Develop Tik Tok strategy and plan for consumer and recruitment audiences * Coordinate social media campaigns and updates for all corporate channels while working with outside vendors, as needed: * Maintain all social media outlets including (but not limited to) 3 corporate blog platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, Pinterest * Monitor all social media outlets to protect the brand and respond accordingly to direct messages and comments within a reasonable period of time * Work with outside vendor for creation and implementation of additional campaigns, as needed * Develop and implement social media contests for corporate channels; develop resources for franchises to implement in their local markets * Alongside the franchise support team, ensure franchise social strategy is developed and implemented, working with the content marketing lead to assist franchises with technical issues or content questions, as needed * Compile sample posts, graphics (in collaboration with design team), and photos to be placed in an internal content library for franchise use on their social networks * Work with executive team as needed to maximize influence in their personal and professional circles on social media What you will bring: * Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, advertising, or communications required * 1-3 years' experience in social media, media or public relations, journalism or related field is required * Strong writing and editing skills * Strong knowledge/understanding of social media outlets and current trends * Flexible writing style * High level of proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and SharePoint) * Proficiency with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred * Experience with blog writing/updating * Excellent knowledge of the AP Style Guide * Excellent organizational skills * Detail oriented * A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected * Demonstrated ability to work independently while taking initiative to complete various tasks.
