About the Team Oracle ERP is an enterprise system used by multiple business units within the company for accounting, planning and budgeting, and supply chain and transportation management. The ERP Tech Team prides itself on supporting the enterprise in both large scale modernization initiatives and Business Unit specific projects and enhancements to improve processes, stabilize functionality, and build for the future. Primary Responsibility * Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. * Work with others to define the product vision and create a product roadmap based on the vision. * Manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirements. * Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements that include user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. * Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders. * Able to identify, understand and address risks related to the product. * Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. * Monitor and evaluate product progress throughout each stage of the process. * Build and maintain the Product Backlog of user stories (detailed requirements) and defects. * Ensure product status is communicated. * Utilize optimization techniques to improve or refine the product based on feedback received after products or features are released to production.
