We'll trust you to: * Work as part of small client teams to provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructuring, strategic partnerships/joint ventures, and advice on capital structure. * Work across different M&A industry groups or Restructuring with one major and one minor concentration. Our M&A industry groups include: Consumer & Retail, Financial Institutions (FIG), Healthcare, Industrials, Power, Energy, Infrastructure (PEI), Real Estate, Technology, Telecom & Digital Infrastructure (TDI) & Media, Entertainment and Sports (MES).
