The Aviation Workers' Compensation Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims within the aviation sector. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing claims efficiently, and working closely with clients, medical professionals, and legal teams to facilitate timely and fair resolution of claims. Oversee the entire lifecycle of the wc claim from initial report to resolution. Coordinate with TPA, medical professionals and legal. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulators. Prepare & submit required documentation & reports. Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of all claims & related activities. Participate in claim reviews. Participate in capability presentations. Participate in stewardship meetings. Serve as a POC for clients and brokers. Provide guidance & support to clients throughout the claims process. Identify trends & areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients to develop& implement injury prevention programs.
