Overview Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to support our corporate Finance and Accounting team in Raleigh, NC for the Spring of 2024! As an Intern with Kimley-Horn, you will benefit from a hands-on experience geared towards growing Kimley-Horn's next generation of leaders. You will gain exposure to employees of all levels of the organization. As a valuable addition to our team, you will be given the opportunity to apply your exceptional analytical and communication skills to a wide variety of finance and accounting projects. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities * Complete data, help desk, and marketing requests for our partners around the firm * Prepare monthly financial reports and respond to related inquiries * Assist team members with our annual overhead state submittals * Work with team members to perform a variety of ad hoc financial analyses * Provide assistance on special projects to support various teams nationwide Qualifications * In the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or data analytics set to graduate in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills * Strong worth ethic and demonstrated drive to achieve goals * Attention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment * Ability to apply quantitative skills to analyze and interpret data * Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude * Microsoft Excel skills preferred Responsibilities - Complete data, help desk, and marketing requests for our partners around the firm - Prepare monthly financial reports and respond to related inquiries - Assist team members with our annual overhead state submittals - Work with team members to perform a variety of ad hoc financial analyses - Provide assistance on special projects to support various teams nationwide
