Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. * Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for SEM strategies, ensuring effective targeting and messaging. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts. * Assist in the management of programmatic advertising platforms, if applicable, to maximize reach and efficiency. * Support the development of marketing reports and presentations to communicate results and strategies to stakeholders. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads. * Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent copywriting and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. #LI-Hybrid MJH Life Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
