As an IT Business Analyst, you will actively engage in gathering and defining product requirements, concurrently expanding your business acumen through customer interactions. While leveraging this knowledge, you will partner with development teams to implement new features to ensure requirements are understood to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will: * Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team. * Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. * Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders. * Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation. * Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement. * What it Takes: * Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience. * Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related discipline preferred. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
