In this role, you will: * Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team. * Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. * Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders. * Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation. * Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement. * What it Takes: * Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience. * Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related discipline preferred. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
