RESPONSIBILITIES * Write company newsletter, blog, emails, sales and fulfillment letters and various other marketing pieces, including print and digital * Create content that will grow engagement and new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) * Understand strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget * Help enhance website and social media content on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent and robust messaging * Enhance the visibility and positioning of the business with key initiatives * Edit content produced by other team members QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively * Ability to write persuasively with proper tone, feeling, sentence structure and emotion * Skilled in copywriting, as well as content writing on financial topics * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing * Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail * 4 Year College Graduate * 3 - 5 years marketing and writing experience * Knowledge of financial services is preferred * Proven content writing skills that generate results * Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and team oriented organization and meet deadlines * Experience with AI tools including Gemini, Jasper and Chat GPT The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and writing skills. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality. The ability to balance a process-driven approach while generating innovative ideas is imperative.
