ASI is actively recruiting an Acquisition Specialist/SME to support an Intel customer. JOB DESCCRIPTION: Our ideal candidate will provide the below program support to our intel customer: * Identify, define and document requirements * Recommend and develop acquisition strategies * Develop acquisition plans, source selection plans, risk management plans, and other acquisition and organizational planning documents * Develop Requests for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW) and other solicitation documents * Participate in and facilitate source selections * Support analysis and evaluation of proposals * Assess and provide strategies to mitigate risk and improve efficiencies in acquisition programs POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * US Citizenship * Working knowledge and experience with the government acquisition process * 5+ years of experience with government acquisition including risk management and source selection * Demonstrated skills and experience in presenting analytical results both verbally and in writing * Candidate must possess a current full poly to be considered for this position * BS and 5 years related experience PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS * Program specific support experience * Experience as a U.S. Government Contracting Officer, Contracting Specialist, or Acquisition Program/Project Manager * Experience with classified acquisitions * DAWIA Contracting Level III and/or Program Management Level II Certification CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TS/SCI LOCATION: 100% in McLean, VA, Chantilly, VA and Herndon, VA DESIRED START DATE: ASAP Equal Opportunity: ASI Government is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
