You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Degree: Social work. Must fulfill all of the requirements for the master's degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-11: Three (3) years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level. This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples include: collaborating with other health professional staff to assess client needs; refer clients, patients and families to community resources; and provide individual or group counseling. SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: Incumbent must possess a current valid unrestricted license U.S. State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW).
