Job Title: Project Manager Job Description Architecture Interiors firm is looking to bring on a Project Manager to support their retail team. This PM will be managing multiple ground-up and core + shell projects with large national retail clients, primarily west-coast based projects. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Architecture Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Coordination: - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules. - Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. - Design and Documentation: - Collaborate with design teams to develop and review architectural plans and interior layouts. - Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. - Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. - Team Management: - Lead and manage project teams, including architects, designers, and contractors. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. - Quality Control and Compliance: - Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols. - Implement sustainable design practices and assess the environmental impact of projects. - Client Relations: - Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. Hard Skills * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Proven experience as an Architecture Project Manager or similar role in the interior design industry * Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes * Excellent project management skills * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools * Degree in Architecture and minimum 8 years of experience working at an architecture firm in the US * Experience with team/client management and leadership, project financial administration, staffing/planning, consultant coordination and scheduling on projects * Revit proficiency and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Core + Shell or ground up project experience * Understanding of building codes, title reports, ADA Requirements, and other regulations * Retail project experience * Prototypical rollout experience Soft Skills * Strong communication skills * Leadership abilities * Problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Ability to manage diverse stakeholders Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully remote position. Work Environment Fully remote work environment. Studios are open for those who prefer to work hybrid/in person.
