A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a firmware engineer at Automation & Control Solutions, you will work alongside R&D firmware and hardware engineers to contribute to the development of cutting-edge automation products. In this role, you will report to the principal firmware engineer. This is a part time position, 20 hrs per week. You Will Make an Impact By: * Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of firmware in C. * Writing, testing, and debugging code in languages such as C and Python * Collaborating with senior engineers to understand project requirements and specifications. * Participating in the development and execution of test plans and test cases. * Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving firmware-related issues and bugs. * Creating and maintaining documentation for firmware development processes, code, and test procedures.
