We are now hiring for a Marketing Communications Manager. This position is being offered as full-time with benefits. Marketing Communications Manager will support marketing strategies and all other business units in marketing, advertising, promotion, and public relations activities which represent Frontier Cooperative. This includes building, supporting and managing the company brand and culture through consistent internal and external messaging and communication strategies. The Marketing Communications Manager will represent Frontier Cooperative's brand, and ensure a consistent message through various communication efforts, including online and offline marketing channels. Essential duties: * Work in collaboration with Marketing Brand Manager and Chief Marketing Officer on branding and communication strategy. * Support the Frontier Team to help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand for Frontier Cooperative. * Clear understanding of Frontier's target audience (employees, patrons, and communities) to engage and drive internal and external communication. * Work in collaboration with CEO, CMO, and Marketing Brand Manager on leading the Frontier Experience. * Formulate and pitch creative concepts for communication strategies and messaging that align with the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values. * Manage the implementation of branding and communication that align with Frontier's Marketing Strategies. * Coordinate Frontier Experience communication. * Assist in coordination of Frontier Cooperative major events planning (Ultimate Acre, Golf Tournaments, Customer Events, County Fairs, Seminars, Annual Meetings, etc.). * Manages Frontier Cooperative's Marketing content. * Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content for our newsletter and press releases. * Create and manage digital and printed design projects. * Facilitate Internal and External communications. * Collect customer feedback through the Frontier Connect Online Portal. * Manage and Order Marketing promotional materials. Job skills and requirements: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Capable of presenting to producers, students, and Frontier employees. * Business insights looking for opportunities. * Proficient in editing and design programs, for example: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, and PowerPoint. * Candidate possesses a natural creative eye and interest creating a better customer experience. * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Professional attitude, enthusiastic, ability to collaborate, and strong interpersonal skills * Self-starter, seeking and researching opportunities to learn and educate yourself about new programs, technologies, online tools, marketing, and sales strategies. * Experience with multiple communication channels, such as but not limited to: Social Media, Radio, Print, and Educational Setting. * Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or agricultural experience.
