If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated Mental Health professional looking to work within a dynamic agency that offers incredible training and professional development, as well as opportunities for career advancement, visit our website at: www.sevenhills.org Responsibilities The Psychology intern will be responsible for providing psychological testing and/or direct clinical care to children, adolescents and their families, as appropriate to the program in which the psychology intern works. Under the direction of a licensed psychologist, the psychology intern will ensure that the highest-quality services are provided in compliance with performance specifications, agency policies and procedures, and regulating entities. Psychology interns should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of the American Psychological Association (APA). Psychology interns should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care. Qualifications In order to be considered for an internship placement at YOU, Inc., you must: * Application completed with current resume included * Formal interview * Background check and fingerprinting (if program requires it) * Provide three professional references or letters of recommendation * Provide a writing sample You must also be currently enrolled in a PhD program with an accredited University. Psychology or related degree required.
