The Security Engineering & Critical Infrastructure (SECI) team is focused on delivering security and critical environments technology services across the datacenter delivery and maintenance lifecycle. In this role you will drive technology outcomes by leading the end-to-end delivery of IT and critical environments infrastructure projects that improve security across our global portfolio. As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with your colleagues, engineering, and infrastructure teams, and key decision makers across CO+I to develop in class network infrastructure for high security networks in datacenters and into space. Required/Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * OR equivalent experience. * 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. * Experience in planning and delivering core infrastructure projects to support critical environment such as physical security, electronic power and maintenance, and building automation. * Experience in applying industry standard project and program management methodologies and disciplines to increase efficiency and scalability. Preferred/Additional Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, * OR product development * OR equivalent experience. * 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. * Previous datacenter exposure/experience with operations, planning, and engineering. * Experience solving problems by leading with passion and empathy for customers. * Attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing. * Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries. * Industry standard certifications such PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-CP, PMI-RMP * Technical acumen, with the ability to solve both technical and non-technical problems. * Proven ability to lead large, cross-organizational, technical infrastructure deployment projects. Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
