Job Description
Summary of Position:
The Sales Account Manager will strengthen client relationships as a liaison for Revol Greens' key customers as well as promoting products and services and building relationships with new and existing grocery stores and restaurant locations that carry Revol Greens products. This position will prioritize client satisfaction, promote new products, set targets, and ensure healthy relationships between the company. The focus is to help our customers succeed while achieving sales goals established by the company.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Build a trusting and professional relationship with clients through regular communication and check-in meetings
* Monitor and analyze account profitability; recommend solutions to drive further efficiency
* Build category management and growth strategies for assigned accounts
* Develop annual sales forecast for assigned accounts. Track progress towards plan performance
* Align with sale operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled and the accounts remain maintained
* Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients; notify necessary locations and departments
* Promoting new products to clients as needed
* Reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts
* Taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts
* Monitoring and identifying market trends and competitors

* Aptitude for analysis and strategy.
* Decisive thinking and leadership abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills
* Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
* Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent number of years of experience
* 3-5 years of experience in national account management or B2B sales in produce industry
Supervisory:
* This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment:
Office
* Sitting at a desk and/or staring at a computer screen for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements:
* Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
* Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
* Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.
* Occasionally repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
