We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor, also known as a Communications Supervisor to, support our award-winning retirement community. Compensation: Starts at $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. How you will make an impact: * Greeting and directing residents and visitors. * Operating the switchboard and directs calls efficiently. * Alerting Security to all emergencies. * Assisting with sorting and distribution of residential and office mail. * Creating and maintaining bi-weekly work schedules for all Communications Staff. * Assisting with evaluation and coaching of the Communications Specialist. What you will need: * Previous Office Management experience. * Previous experience covering a front desk or switchboard. * High School diploma or GED.
