Job Summary: In this role, the Organizational Development Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that foster organizational growth, team member development, and overall effectiveness while ensuring alignment with company goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive positive change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Organizational Assessment: *
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the organization's structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for improvement. * Analyze data and feedback to develop insights into organizational strengths and weaknesses. * Develops programs to build human capital and a strong team member development culture. * Assess individual, team, and organizational learning needs and oversee the development of impactful and scalable learning solutions. Strategic Planning: *
  • Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. * Identify opportunities and strategies to innovate and enhance organizational effectiveness Talent Development: *
  • Design and implement team member training and development programs to include instructor led and LMS related content * Create and manage companywide Skills Matrix tied to mission, vision, values, and strategy to close gaps related to all skillsets and recommend learning and development opportunities to enhance team member capabilities. * Provide guidance on team member development or performance improvement plans Leadership Development: *
  • Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organization * Implement programs to develop leadership skills and succession planning Team Member Engagement & Collaboration: *
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team member engagement and satisfaction * Leads or assists in efforts to turn survey responses and feedback into actions for improvement * Foster open communication and collaboration across departments * Work closely with P&C, department heads, and Strategic Leadership Team to align organizational development efforts with business objectives Metrics and Analytics: *
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of organizational development initiatives * Analyze data to assess the impact of programs and make data-driven recommendations Other duties as assigned ? Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field with 4 years of related experience * Equivalent experience of at least 8 years in related role progression in lieu of a degree * Proven experience in organizational development, learning and development, or teaching/training facilitation. * Demonstrated, strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, leadership development, and adult learning techniques ? Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Minimum 8 years of experience in a similarly situated role * Experience with LMS software with a preference to SuccessFactors or Litmos * Experience with Camtasia or similar software suite for creating and recording video tutorials and presentations * Strong capability to manage through influence and across functions * Anticipates risks in scope and can successfully navigate ambiguity * Strong essential skills including high emotional intelligence and coaching ability * Strong coordination and Project Management skills * Engages others, builds relationships, and creates networks outside team. Checks in with different people to understand the bigger picture. * Is curious, agile, engages in new experiences and looks for different perspectives * Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description * Support and contribute to Lean/Six Sigma/OpEx programs and activities towards delivery of the set target * Able to comply with the company?s safety policy at all times * Able to comply with the company?s quality policy at all times. Travel Requirements: * Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time ? Physical and Mental Requirements: * Sedentary - exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met * Proven ability to work in-person and in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment * Make independent and sound judgments within role scope. * Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve conflicts and ambiguity. * Penchant for learning in the moment and applying new information and new skills. ? ? ? ?
