What You'll Do As a Director of Technology & Account Leader aligned to our Media & Telecommunications industry vertical, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-impact consulting solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients in the Media & Telecommunications industry. * Taking large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Leveraging your expertise in areas such as Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Software Engineering and Cloud, to help clients drive large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution. * Managing and mentoring client engagement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. * Developing and maintaining strong client relationships at the executive level, serving as a trusted advisor and driving client satisfaction. * Identifying opportunities for business growth and actively contributing to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the firm's resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs and drive value. Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position the base salary pay range for Director is $190,000 - $220,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
