Minimum Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of six months of office and/or customer service experience. Preferred Education and Experience Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Will greet and provide excellent customer service at a front desk of a University Housing building. * Provide in-person, phone, and email customer service related to Housing and resident needs. * Work will include checking in residents, receiving and delivering packages/mail, and assisting with general inquiries of residents. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Administrative tasks. * Building escorts. * Building inspections. * Move-in operations. * Other duties as assigned.
