About the Position: In Order to Succeed in this role * Working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field or have equivalent years of experience. * Familiarity with the Windows operating system, computer hardware & peripherals and customer service is preferred. * Basic technical support skills including familiarity with computer hardware. * A positive attitude and willingness to work with others. Primary functions & essential responsibilities * Help with all phases of the PC lifecycle, including setup, deployment, inventory, and removal from service. * Assist with answering Service Desk calls as appropriate to the Intern's knowledge and skill. * Help with documentation, including knowledge base articles. * Help with installation and support for software. * May assist with other IT projects occurring during that time. * May include visits to active construction job sites.
