Key Responsibilities: * As a Cloud Change Architecture expert, you will be responsible for originating, solutions, and partnering across Accenture & the ecosystem to sell and deliver cloud change programs. * You will work closely with the client to understand their cloud transformation and its impacts and customize a change solution to their unique needs. * Leveraging our framework and assets, you will accelerate the benefits of cloud by transforming the culture, organization, and talent. * Additionally, you will create a value-focused pricing strategy and estimate the total value of Cloud Change work. * As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. * You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. * Develop innovative change strategies to drive successful cloud transformations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cloud change programs * Provide thought leadership and guidance on cloud change best practices * Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cloud change initiatives * Continuously improve and optimize cloud change processes and methodologies Qualification Basic Qualifications: * A minimum of 3 years of experience with Cloud Platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure * A minimum of 3 years of experience with Production Support * A minimum of 3 years of experience with Application Support * A minimum of 3 years of experience with Kubernetes * Associate's Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
