Overview Since 1953, Rauch directly serves over 1,000 children, adults, and families from five sites. Service counties in Indiana include Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, Washington, Jefferson, and Jackson. Job Skills / Requirements Career Coach (Rauch, Inc.) Rauch, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of dedicated employees who work to make a change in the community. The Career Coach works to support students with disabilities to prepare for meaningful and productive community employment and/or post-secondary education options. This position is located in the New Albany Office and will require travel in the area (Floyd and Clark Counties. Mileage reimbursement is paid for by Rauch, Inc. Plans and develops programming for the students participating in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program and support those students. Works closely with Vocational Rehab and advocate for the promotion of students' choices in providers, coordinate job matches, and identifying support needs for students. Has proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma/GED with one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery or a bachelor's degree in Human Services.
