Are you a student seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking an administrative intern to work 4-6 weeks this summer. The intern will be supporting the Strategic Communication, Marketing, and Training Solution Group converting online course material to a study guide document. Duties include: * Using Microsoft Office software * Using internal course review software * Transcribing or copying course content into study guide format * Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents * Conferring with Instructional System Designers, creative media and IT personnel Minimum Qualifications: * Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience * Must be proficient in MS Word, and snip & sketch * Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.
