Qualities Of A Custodian: * Hard-working * Goal-oriented * Able to work independently * Responsible * Can take charge of a situation * Punctual * Able to Multi-task What Custodians Do: * Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling) * Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image * Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings * Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
