ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preparequarterly ASC740/FAS109 calculations andrelatedtaxdisclosures forglobal operations in accordance withgenerally acceptedaccounting principles Maintaintaxaccountbalancesongeneral ledgers Timely and accuratelyprepare and/or reviewforeign,federal,state,and localincome tax returns Computequarterly taxpayments Work closelywithaccounting andfinance departments tomaintaindetailedunderstanding of the Company's business operations, financial systemsand processes Assistwithtrackingintercompanytransferpricingresults Monitorandreviewpreparationofsales/useandpropertytaxfilings SupporttheCompany's Sarbanes Oxley internalcontroldocumentation andcompliance initiatives Maintain duedate calendar trackingfullspectrum oftaxcompliancerequirements Manage and coordinate tax audits Othertax projects asneeded(acquisition duediligence,tax law change analysis,taxplanning modeling,etc.) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5+yearsBig Fourand/or corporate experience withtax compliance andASC740/FAS109 Demonstratedgrowththroughincreasing roleresponsibilityandprofessionaldevelopment REQUIRED EDUCATION BSAccounting,MSTaxpreferred.CPApreferred KPI's Strongtaxtechnicalandaccountingskills Abilityto communicatecomplex issues clearly andwork effectively withalllevelsofinternal personnel and external advisors Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprojects simultaneouslyand meet deadlines Advanced skills inthefunctions ofMS Officeapplications, general ledgeraccounting systems, fixed asset software, online tax research tools, tax compliance programs The Safariland Group believes in the benefits of a diverse workforce and is committed to equal opportunity and affirmative actions.
