The Food Service Manager 2 position is located at Hazelwood Residential Facility in Louisville, KY. This leader will be responsible for a dynamic group of employees supporting residential services. The successful candidate will: * evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Resident Services Program targeted to exceed Resident and customer satisfaction; * oversee Sodexo's Resident Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery; * collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience; * perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy; * perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development. * have oversight of day-to-day operations; * develop and maintain client and customer relationships; Is this opportunity right for you?
