This pivotal role is at the heart of our commitment to delivering a comprehensive, customer-centric approach to addressing critical interactions and resolving issues that our customers face. As part of the ECR group, which encompasses the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, and Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA), you will play a key role in not only understanding the root causes of customer issues but also in devising and implementing robust solutions that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
