Responsibilities: * Lead timely and accurate delivery of financial actuals, collaborating with Business Unit (BU) Finance and business teams. * Perform thorough analytical review of financial statements, including variance analysis and comparisons to prior periods. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards to maintain integrity of financial statements and management reports. * Monitor the Balance Sheet, address open items, perform and review reconciliations, and identify and resolve discrepancies. * Oversee financial closing process, lead pre-close meetings, define and implement mitigation actions to address issues, and drive improvements to meet deadlines and ensure correctness of actuals. * Coordinate documentation for accruals, provisions, and special items, support audits, budget preparation, and act as SAP FICO key user.
