Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative (PSR)
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Work Type: Onsite, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:
Join our team as a Patient Services Representative II and make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and create a comfortable and reassuring environment.
Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently draws blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
