What you'll do... Position: Software Engineer III Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 Duties: Build technology-driven products and experiences that will change the future landscape of e-Commerce. Work on the front end design, development, testing, troubleshooting, release activities and production support of Seller.Walmart.com applications. Work with the product team and UX team to understand product requirements to build highly scalable, dynamic, and maintainable applications. Build customizable, reusable, and dynamic frontend components using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and NodeJs for Walmart.com and customer care application. Build a responsive, cross-browser compatible, and high-performance web application using react js, CSS, HTML, bootstrap, webpack, and babel. Build rest API services to consume data from front-end. Write robust, maintainable, and reusable code and software tools using Java and JavaScript for managing configuration, deployments, monitoring performance, scalability, availability, security, and alerting for test, integration, and production environments. Implement unit testing, automation, and regression testing using Jest, Junit, and React testing library. Implement analytics services using a Mix panel framework and JavaScript to report customer behavior and improve user interface accordingly. Deploy web applications using Looper, WCNP (Kubernetes), and Microsoft Azure. Maintain code quality and standards using SonarQube. Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field. Position does not require specific years of experience but requires listed skills. Skills Required: Experience programming in JavaScript and Java. Experience designing webpages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience developing UI components using React and Redux. Experience integrating and consuming rest services with NodeJs, Java, and Spring Framework. Experience performing unit testing using Jest, React testing library, and Junit. Experience debugging and troubleshooting using Chrome, IDE, Splunk, and Postman. Experience with front end web development. Experience with object-oriented programming. Experience with microservices development and Spring Boot applications. Experience working with relational databases to store, retrieve data, design relational tables on Azure SQL, MySQL. Experience working on CICD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes. Experience debugging the application using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $117,000/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
