Responsibilities Responsible for verifying documents received from hospital clients, using Teleform software system. The Data Coordinator is a member of the PsychSafe workforce, a Patient Safety Organization. * Verifying: Imports and verifies documents using Teleform software to ensure accuracy of data. * UHS Patient Satisfaction * CQI+ Outcomes * UHS Outcomes * Quality Review - Review patient satisfaction data and transfer data to corporate office as scheduled * Serves as back-up to Customer Service Representative for answering main phone line as scheduled * Other duties as assigned.
