Your Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues. Your Responsibilities * Plan shipments in coordination with clients' requirements * Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures. * Escalate all client issues to the management team as required. * Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity * Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team * Report to Air Logistics Healthcare Manager * Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm or 9pm-5am Your Skills and Experiences * Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Aviation, or Business related major or equivalent experience * 1+ Air logistics, Air Cargo or Airport Experience Good Reasons to Join At QuickSTAT we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
