The role of Data Manager is for the purpose/s of developing and monitoring all systems to support program data and billing. This job reports to the Information Technology Supervisor of Data Applications and Governance. Essential Functions * Coordinate referrals and schedules (e.g. participant and coaching schedules; billing systems with community agencies and school districts; referrals for prospective participants, both in-school youth, out of school youth and adults, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of program and agency databases. * Develop and maintain all database activities (e.g. reports from Office of Vocational Rehabilitation/OVR, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/OIDD, Workforce Development OWD & School Age Programs; timelines and reports for Adult Service Provider and School Age reports; billing issues; coaching/support information; travel instruction for school age, etc.) for the purpose of tracking participation, compliance, and issues. * Establish and maintain record keeping logs related to correspondence, work placements and assessments for the purpose of ensuring that defined requirements meet expected functionality. * Maintain contact with agency representatives (e.g. Delaware County Workforce Development Board (DCWDB) Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD), etc.) and DCIU business office in regard to all financial issues and respond to concerns and issues as they arise in a timely manner for the purpose of efficient and effective communication. * Monitor informational bulletins from the Home and Community Services Information System (HSCIS) for OIDD consumer (participant) referrals to ensure program compliance and process monthly online billing for OIDD consumer (participant) for the purpose of acquiring current information for effective program implementation. * Process billing and provide back up for in-school youth, out-of-school youth, and adult services programs (Enhanced Employment, OWD, OVR, OIDD, the Community Living and Learning/CLL program, Students Acquiring Independent Living Skills/SAILS, and other projects as assigned) to the business office and assure timeliness of delivery for the purpose of ensuring efficient billing processes. * Track information for OPTIONS program including staff direct service hours, outcomes, and IEP activity for the purpose of maintaining accurate data. * Troubleshoots malfunctions of database systems for the purpose of resolving operational issues and restoring services. * Collaborate with staff (e.g. agency representatives, etc.) for the purpose of providing and/or receiving information. * Participates in meetings, workshops and/or trainings (e.g. financial conferences for OIDD, OVR, OWD webinar trainings, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions. * Performs other related duties as assigned (e.g. provide coverage for secretary as needed, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. * Responds to inquiries from a variety of sources (e.g. staff, administrators, school site personnel, community agency representatives, outside vendors, and service providers, etc.) for the purpose of providing information and support. * Schedule courtesy transportation for adult participants * Facilitate and implement in-office onboarding of new job codes in coordination with Coordinator and Supervisor. * Communicate and prepare schedules for young adult and adult participants and job coaches in collaboration with School-Aged lead teacher, Career Advisor Coordinator, and Employment Liaison Coordinator. * Schedule assessments with OVR and OIDD for Pre-ETS, young adult and high school aged participants. * Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. Education Required: Community College and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area Experience Required: Job related experience preferred Experience Preferred: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility desired.
