The Client Service Analyst, Commercial Risk works closely with Client Service Specialists and Client Managers to help deliver ad hoc and renewal outputs (Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards) to our clients and certificate holders on a timely and accurate manner. Job Description Position Summary: The Client Service Analyst, Commercial Risk works closely with Client Service Specialists and Client Managers to help deliver ad hoc and renewal outputs (Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards) to our clients and certificate holders on a timely and accurate manner. Principal Responsibilities: * Monitors the CRMG Certificate Inbox. * Monitors the CRMG Renewal Outputs Inbox. * Prepares and processes insurance certificates and auto identification cards. * Prints and mails renewal insurance certificates and auto identification cards. * Codes Unrouted mail and assigns accordingly. * Records data in appropriate firm software programs. * Completes special projects as assigned. Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segments and processes. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership. * Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements: A current state P&C license, as required by the State Department of Insurance to service clients or be willing and able to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment. * A detail orientation and strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems. Able to prioritize multiple tasks. Must demonstrate core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firms' culture. quired of the person performing in the role and is not a contract.
