JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the 'Safety/Security Sergeants', the Surveillance Officer (Full-Time) protects company assets and maintains the integrity of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and surrounding areas using clandestine surveillance operations. Available Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform regular visual patrol of RMFH and affiliate locations. * Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and VIPs who enter the building. * Protects Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse equipment, materials and structures throughout the work schedule. * Provides regular security functions within Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and related areas prior to, during, and after all events. * Performs watch-tours and building safety checks, reporting any violations. * Monitors camera system (CCTV) and dispatch officers when needed. * Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Director and Managers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate. * Must have availability to work 3:00-11:00pm on weekdays and weekends as scheduled. Hours may vary on occasion. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Must pass a background check. * Previous security/surveillance experience preferred, but not required. * Experience with clandestine surveillance operations preferred, but not required. * OPOTA certificate preferred but not required. * Must posses a high-level of professionalism. * Must be punctual, dependable and respectful at all times while on duty.
