These studies require expertise in cellular and molecular biology techniques, combined with microsurgery, flow cytometry and sorting, establishment and propagation of Patient Derived Xenografts and grafting of murine and human cancer cells in murine hosts. The selected candidate will be also responsible for writing manuscripts and presenting them at national and international conferences. Essential Functions * Grafting of tumor cells in mice. * Laser Capture MIcrodissection of tumor issues. * RT-PCR, Western Blotting. * In vitro signaling experiments. * Flow cytometry and cell sorting. * Data analysis, generating reports, writing manuscripts Required Qualifications * Minimum of a PhD or Doctorate in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Experimental Oncology. * Minimum of 5 years of experience.
