As a Front Desk Supervisor with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supervising the Front Desk to ensure efficient and courteous guest check-in and check-out. * Responsible for supervising and training a team of ten front desk agents to ensure that the brand standards are followed during the check-in and check-out process as well as during the owners/guest's entire stay. * Coordinate and monitor reservations for special requests and room blocking. * Participate as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with all resort departments to meet guest expectations. * Trains, supervises,and assists in evaluating Team Members performance. * Any other duties that may be necessary to daily functioning of the resort.
