Oracle's Retail Global Industry Unit (RGIU) is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our product design team responsible for designing enterprise retail software, collaborating with product management, and working with functional architects and engineers. The right candidate will energize the team, foster collaboration across the organization and lead the drive toward high-caliber, high-performing products in our data centers and our clients' ecosystems! With a strong, established process and relevant background, this designer will join a small and significant team and contribute to the vision and success of a human-centered design practice within the RGIU. You are seeking to shape the experience of the users of our software as well as that of the teams around the world implementing our products. You look for opportunities to improve the way things work. You are used to the complexities of enterprise software. You are also experienced working with PM teams and know how to clarify requirements and work towards consensus and compromise.
