Translator Employment Type: Full-Time, Intermediate Department: Legal Services CGS is seeking an experienced translator to provide translation and interpretation services from Puerto Rican Dialect Spanish to English and vice versa to support a large Federal agency initiative. Skills and attributes for success: * Provides translation/transcription/interpretation services from Puerto Rican Dialect Spanish to English and vice versa. Qualifications: * Fluency in Puerto Rican dialect and idioms; professional certification is not required * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite * Detail-oriented * Able to work independently with little supervision * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Able to deliver consistently high-quality work under tight deadlines and high pressure Ideally, you will also have: * Experience with live interpretation * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience working with attorneys. * Law Clerk or document review experience is preferred, but not required.
