Job Title Tableau, Power BI Technical Lead Work Location (State, City and Zip) WI, Milwaukee-53226 Technical/Functional Skills Tableau, Power BI Technical Lead Experience Required 5+ Roles & Responsibilities * Requirement gathering from the customer to understand the business requirements and do analysis along with Data /Solution Architect. Capture business rules and analytical requirements from the users and prepare basic Design & Analysis document to draft complete requirements. * Develop Data Extraction procedures from the source systems. Create mappings between source systems, data warehouse and data marts. Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports to deliver key insights to the customers for making informed and intelligent business decisions. * Responsible for overall coordination of user acceptance testing and training. Prepare test plans, test files & test scripts for data warehouse testing to cover both unit and integration testing. Work closely with business during testing to ensure that the results are as per user expectations. Testing comprises Technical Acceptance Testing (TAT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Prepare project technical and functional documents such as design documents, metadata and entity relationships diagrams, business process flow and user training manuals. * Ensure to follow AGILE delivery for continuous customer service. Establish iteration goals in line with business goals and create tasks as per the product backlog in Sprint Planning session. Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results.
