Position Summary: NAVEX is a leading provider of Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) services. We are seeking an experienced demand generation marketing manager to join our dynamic team and to realize growth opportunities for NAVEX within the Small & Medium-Sized Business (SMB) market. As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic, multi-channel and integrated demand campaigns to generate leads, pipeline and revenue. What you'll do: * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to drive demand generation and lead creation for SMB * Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop campaign themes, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences * Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels and traditional marketing tactics to engage prospects with a core focus on new logo growth * Manage end-to-end campaign execution (campaign development, campaign launch, budget management, timeline development, and performance tracking) working with cross-functional teams * Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization and improvement * Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices (especially in the SMB space) to inform strategy development * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and external partners * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development What you'll need: * 8+ years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing; SaaS industry experience is a plus * Proven track record of managing integrated multi-channel digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, organic search, and email marketing * Strong experience and expertise in inbound and outbound marketing * Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo), CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Power BI, CRMA/Tableau) * Superb analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels * Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering meaningful results * A passion for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, seeing the bigger picture while executing multiple projects concurrently. Strong organization and prioritization skills * A mindset for optimization and testing, with a track record of constantly improving various programs and testing new approaches * Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, marketing strategy and project management * Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. * Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. * The starting pay range for this role is $115,000+ with 5% MBO. * Pay progression based on your performance.
