About the Team In your role as CEO Associate Intern, you will be working alongside SumUp's Founder and CEO, our Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy as part of the CEO Office. You will join a team that works across geographies and time zones to tackle complex problems spanning all areas of the business. You will interact with stakeholders from all our tribes across SumUp, particularly in the data and product domains. You will conceptualize and manage complex projects spanning various teams, acting as the coordinator of cross-functional initiatives. What you'll do * Conduct market research to understand the feature sets needed for products to be launched * Assess the need of and engage with external contractors for additional engineering support around additional features development * Be the connection between CEO and VP Strategy and internal R&D and GTM teams in the identified regions * Oversee all aspects of development of the projects, from idea and business case formulation to development to go-to-market approach. You'll be great for this position if; * You have a track record of being a high achiever in different areas, demonstrated by an excellent academic record and practical experience in fast-paced environments. * You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus. * Have a record of having started initiatives, whether businesses university projects, or having organized events or parties * You're comfortable with ambiguity and unprecedented challenges. * You're fluent in English and are a strong and efficient communicator So…..if you're ready to dive headfirst into a world of challenges, innovation, and endless possibilities, we've got a seat with your name on it.
