The Nurse Clinician is a professional registered nurse who is responsible for the coordination of patient care in a specific area. Utilization of the nursing process helps in identification of patient needs, evaluation of patient outcomes, as well as prevention and early recognition of potential problems. This individual functions as an expert practitioner, educator, and nurse consultant to both patient and physician support staff. The Blood Cancer Healing Center is designed to be an unparalleled hub of expertise and support that will redefine care for blood cancer patients and their families.
