You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at the link below, risk.lexisnexis.com About our Team Join a team of consultants that collaborate with sales professionals in LexisNexis Risk Solutions organization who leverage industry leading fraud and compliance solutions to combat fraud globally and improve compliance strategies. We collaborate with sales teams to craft solutions combating fraud and identity risks and financial crime compliance risks, empowering our clients to maximize transactional value and implement compliance strategies. About the Role As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will offer expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients and support implementation projects through to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients to meet their unique needs and provide support as they navigate implementing our platform solution. Primary focus would be consultation through the platform implementation process whilst offering pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customer during the sales process. You'll be responsible for: * Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients. * Providing guidance and support to clients on the advantages of leveraging and implementing the platform. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform implementation. * Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services. * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. * Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research. * Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc. * Performing all other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience. * Be highly organized and detail-oriented * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems * Have experience in consulting and involved solution/platform implementation. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here #LI-CS1 #LI-Remote
