Requirements * 5+ years of product design work in fast-growing tech startup, experienced in fast-paced startup speed and efficient output within a lean team. * Experienced in building collaboration with other teams with effective communication that optimize the team efficiency while maintaining a high bar for design quality. * Experienced in owning design initiatives including product experience, branding or marketing campaigns, hands-on delivering high quality design solutions * Smooth and efficient team communication and collaboration, can align team quickly with goals and priorities and come up with satisfying design solutions to the team's challenges * Good taste and standard of aesthetics, rich experience in visual design, insightful understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose consistent high quality interface design language fluently * Technical understanding of front-end/back-end development with strong logic to lead the discovery of optimal design solutions with balanced pros and cons covering applicable edge cases * Product thinking that takes business and customer goals into consideration, take responsibility for the end user experience * Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry and brings the latest insights to the team Bonus Points * Have led the design of impactful products or brands from 0 to 1 * Strong analytical thinking, great sense of data-driven * Great taste, able to compose and realize touching design that gives audience goose bumps * Great passion for design in a broader sense, constantly expanding design thinking and expertise * You know about psychology or economics and have deep understanding of your teammates, markets and target audiences
