What You Will Do * Investor engagement - Serve as a key point of contact for US-based investors and analysts alongside the head of IR in Stockholm. Conduct one-one-meetings and conference calls, build and maintain relationships in the investor community. * Investor marketing materials - Develop, write, and edit high-quality investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases and other marketing materials and reports towards investors. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor analysis to effectively position the company's narrative. * Event coordination - Plan, coordinate and execute investor roadshows and conference attendance in the US. * Data analysis and reporting - Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment and stock performance to provide actionable insights to senior management. Prepare and distribute summaries of market feedback, investor activity and stock performance. * Compliance and best practice - Ensure all communications and disclosures comply with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations and stock exchange rules. Who You Are * 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets (investor or research analyst), preferably within the tech or payments sectors. * Proven experience engaging with institutional investors and analysts. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial and strategic information clearly and concisely. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
