Department Overview Supplier Development Engineering Job Description * Lead and Manage the Quality Performance of Contract Manufacturers Suppliers * Responsible for establishing, implementing & maintaining the Quality Management System of our Contract Manufacturers Suppliers * Performing suppliers audits, rising where necessary appropriate corrective action requests and follow up with effective re-audit and close out * Responsible for New Product Introduction Quality performance & qualification of parts * Managing & lead Supplier's critical issues, drive fast resolution & prevention * Responsible for championing onsite supplier process characterization (continuous improvement) efforts, supplier yield & capacity improvement #LI-MH Basic Requirements * Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical * More than 7 years working experience in Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering or Development Engineering * Have experience in Plastic molding, PCBA manufacturing, Box build assembly will be advantage * Good written & verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills * Self motivated & passionate to drive zero defect quality culture * Good problem solving knowledge & able to work independently * Strong leadership skill #LI-M Travel Requirements Under 10% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan No EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
